2021 changes

The pandemic has highlighted the importance of having great and valuable benefits when we need them most. Informatica is committed to offering our employees and their families, the best possible health and wellbeing options available.

We encourage you to review the enhancements we have made for 2021 and utilize the benefit resources available to you to ensure you select benefits that meet your needs and are cost effective.

Take action

You must enroll in health and other insurance benefits within 31 days of your date of hire. If you do not complete your enrollment within your first 31 days, you will automatically be waived out of coverage.

How to enroll

Benefits Enrollment is completed in Workday for all benefits except GoNavia Commuter FSA Benefits, MetLife Auto, Home, and Pet Insurance, and the Fidelity 401(k) plan. For these exceptions, you must enroll directly with the respective vendor.

Through Workday you can complete your enrollment any time, day or night.

*** Important note on maintenance medications through Aetna: For maintenance medications, you can fill a 30-day supply of the prescription at any retail pharmacy twice. For any subsequent refills, a 90-day supply must be filled through the Aetna Rx Home Delivery® mail order program or specifically at a CVS pharmacy. If you continue to fill the prescription at a non-CVS pharmacy, you will pay an additional fee.

  • Pet insurance - MetLife Pet Insurance provides a variety of plan options to help you cover the costs of care for your pets.
Your enrollment checklist
  • Learn about your benefit options, paying special attention to the changes coming next year.
  • Think about your coverage needs, including how much health care you might need and if your current voluntary benefit elections provide you and your family with enough protection.
  • Make sure your dependent information is correct and all your dependents are still eligible.
  • Consider contributing to a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account — depending on the medical plan you enroll in.
  • Review your beneficiaries — it’s a good idea to review your beneficiary information (especially if your personal circumstances have changed) and take this opportunity to make updates as needed.
Who’s eligible?

All active regular full-time or part-time regular employees who are scheduled to work at least 24 hours per week are eligible to participate in Informatica’s benefits program. You may also cover your eligible dependents under Informatica’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life benefits.

Your eligible dependents include:

  • Spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite gender)
  • Your child(ren) and your covered spouse’s or qualified domestic partner’s child(ren) up to age 26
  • Disabled children who became disabled on or before age 26
