How to Get Started

Follow these steps to get started earning your rewards:

  1. Visit InfaWellness and register.
  2. Set your health goals and interests.
  3. Connect your activity to your tracking device.
  4. Enter your health measurements, like weight and blood pressure.
  5. Track your healthy activities.
  6. Take part in challenges.

As you complete activities, you will see your points increase. You can then translate these points into rewards!

Earning Rewards

Complete healthy activities to earn points that translate into rewards. Here are a few ways you can earn points:

  • Choose Healthy Habits to track on the Virgin Pulse website. You get rewarded for tracking at least three Healthy Habits each day.
  • Track your steps using your free tracking device, which comes with your participation in the program.
  • Complete individual and team challenges.
  • Enter and track your health measurements.
  • Track your sleep.
  • Set goals.
  • Complete Journeys, like Stash your Cash.
  • Learn more about emotional wellbeing and stress with Whil sessions.
  • Record your annual visits.
  • View your daily cards.
