Health
Informatica provides our employees with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to support your health and wellness. We encourage you to explore this site to learn more about your benefits and how you can get the most out of them.
Eligiblity
You (employee), your spouse (legal or common law), and your unmarried children up to age 21 or under age 25, if they are full time students (for Quebec residents, full-time students are covered for prescription drug benefits until age 26.) Coverage is not provided for contractors or interns.
Medical
Our medical plan through Canada Life is meant to complement your provincial care and to meet your medical care needs. Coverage includes:
- Global Medical Assistance
- Out-of-country Care
- In-country ambulance and hospital accommodation upgrade
- Vision care
- Prescription drugs (in-country)
- dispensing fee portion of drug charge
- ingredient portion of drug charge
- dispensing fee portion of drug charge
- Paramedical expenses including acupuncturists, naturopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychologists/social workers, dieticians, podiatrists, speech therapists, massage therapists, and osteopaths.
- All other healthcare expenses
Best Doctors
This service allows you to access specialists and clincal guidance for a second opinion on a medical diagnosis or appropriate treatment. Coverage is extended to you, your dependents, parents, and parents-in-laws.

Telehealth
Virtual health services are available to you and your dependents through Consult+ and includes access to qualified medical professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To use Consult+, please login to GroupNet through the Canada Life website.
Dental
Informatica offers a dental insurance coverage through Canada Life. Coverage includes:

Vision
Vision insurance coverage is through Canada Life. It is provided to all Informatica employees and their qualified dependents (spouse, domestic partner and children). Coverage is for one (1) eye examination every year to reasonable and customary limits and a reimbursement of up to CAD$ 200 for glasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery every year.

RRSP
Informatica RRSP offers a convenient way to save for your future through payroll deductions. You are eligible to participate in the plan as of your date of hire with Informatica.

Wellness

We offer two programs to employees to help you achieve this goal: Lyra Health/ICAS and Ten Spot.
LyraLyra Health (partnered with ICAS) is Informatica's new administrator for EAP and mental health benefits. Lyra/ICAS provides a range of support and services anytime, anywhere, and on any device – so you and your dependents can get support when you need it. With Lyra/ICAS all employees and their dependents are eligible for: • Up to 16 coaching/therapy sessions at no cost to the employee • In-person, video, self-care, and onsite care options • Access to the Calm App for meditation, sleep, and relaxation support
Ten SpotTen Spot brings you real work-life balance, through virtual wellness and engagement experiences that make it easy to hang with your team, boost your mood, and enhance your wellness. As a Ten Spot member, you will have access to live and on-demand services, events, and content 24/7 working from home or on the go! Ten Spot can be accessed through the OKTA SSO chicklet.
Time Off
Vacation"We know you work hard and need some time to rest, relax and renew yourself. We provide a generous amount of FTO and encourage you to use it. All employees working more than 24 hours per week are entitled to annual paid vacation based on years of service. Vacation accrues in semimonthly periods. Statutory carryover rules are applied according to each province. "
