2022 benefit highlights

Great news! While healthcare costs continue to rise, Informatica maintained the same employee contribution rates for Kaiser Medical, MetLife Dental, and VSP Vision plans for 2022. Some coverage levels with the Aetna medical plans had a marginal rate increase.
Lyra provides a range of mental health and energy management resources and services anytime, anywhere, and on any device – so you can get support when you need it. With Lyra all employees and their dependents are eligible for:

  • Up to 16 coaching/therapy sessions at no cost to the employee
  • In-person, video, self-care, and onsite care options
  • Digital platform with appointments available within 24 hours
  • Access to the Calm app for meditation, sleep, and relaxation support

Your enrollment checklist

  • Learn about your benefit options available to you through this website and the ALEX benefit advisor tool.
  • Think about your coverage needs, including how much health care you might need and if your current voluntary benefit elections provide you and your family with enough protection.
  • Consider contributing to a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account — depending on the medical plan you enroll in.
  • Make sure your dependent information is correct and still eligible.
  • Name a beneficiary — Verify your beneficiary information is correct in both Workday and the Fidelity system.

Enrollment for your Informatica health and welfare benefits is completed in Workday. See the Quick Reference Guide for assistance.

If you wish to enroll in MetLife Auto, Home, and Pet Insurance and/or the Fidelity 401(k) plan, you must enroll directly with the respective vendor. Please note, if you do not make an active election within the Fidelity system for your 401(k) contributions, you will be automatically enrolled at a 5% contribution rate 30 days after your hire date.

Who’s eligible?

All active full-time or part-time regular employees who are scheduled to work at least 24 hours per week are eligible to participate in Informatica’s benefits program. You may also cover your eligible dependents under Informatica’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life benefits.
Your eligible dependents include:

  • Spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite gender)
  • Your child(ren) and your covered spouse’s or domestic partner’s child(ren) up to age 26
  • Disabled children who became disabled on or before age 26
