TRAVEL INSURANCE AND ASSISTANCE
Informatica’s Travel Assistance and Insurance Program provides company-paid coverage for all employees and their accompanying dependents (spouse/partner and dependent children up to age 26) when they travel outside of their home country for both business and personal leisure travel. The program includes a combination of the following elements:
- International SOS: 24/7 access to medical and security assistance services
- Cigna Global Medical Benefits Abroad: Out-of-country medical insurance up to $350,000
- Business Travel Accident: Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance and medical evacuation/repatriation

Aetna Medical plan coverage
If your enrolled dependents are traveling outside the country, without you, they have access to emergency and urgent care benefits through Aetna. Through Aetna Travel:
Emergencies are covered worldwide if the service is medically necessary.
Your dependent must need instant care because of sudden illness, injury or condition.
If your dependent seeks care, they should provide an itemized receipt and contact information to Aetna.

Kaiser Medical plan coverage
Your dependent should call the Kaiser Away from Home Travel Line at (951) 268-3900 for assistance or visit Kaiser. If your dependent seeks care, they should provide an itemized receipt and contact information to Kaiser.
